It is with great excitement, gratitude, and a profound sense of purpose that I begin this new chapter as the Principal of Randolph Park Elementary School. After having the privilege of serving our scholars, families, faculty, and staff for the past two years as Assistant Principal, I am truly honored to now serve as the leader of a school community that has become so special to me. The past two years have allowed me to build meaningful relationships, celebrate our successes, work alongside an incredible team, and witness firsthand the tremendous potential that exists within every scholar who walks through our doors.

As Principal, I am committed to continuing the work we have started while challenging our school community to reach even greater heights. I believe leadership is not simply about holding a position—it is about serving others, setting high expectations, creating opportunities for success, and ensuring that every decision we make keeps our scholars at the center.

I believe that every child can learn, grow, lead, and achieve at high levels when provided with high expectations, quality instruction, meaningful relationships, and a safe and supportive learning environment. I believe every scholar deserves to be loved, valued, challenged, and supported by adults who refuse to give up on them. I believe when educators, families, students, and the community work together as one team with one vision, there is no limit to what our scholars can accomplish.

I am excited about what lies ahead for Randolph Park Elementary School. Together, we will continue building a culture where academic excellence is expected, character is developed, goals are set and achieved, and every scholar understands that their future is filled with possibilities.

I am grateful for the opportunity to lead the school that I have had the honor of serving for the past two years, and I look forward to working alongside our faculty, staff, families, community, and scholars as we continue Blasting Off to Premier Results!
